The hand-pleated process is laminated to a stable backing; finished lengths
vary with the average finished work at about 10 yards. Widths vary, with the
average finish being 40-42" net utilizing 54" grounds. The finished pleated
product is suitable for vertical installations only i.e. drapery, window
panels, upholstery, headboards, pillows, lamp shades, wall decor, hand bags
etc. The finished product targets the high-end residential and hospitality
trades.
We also pleat any kind of garment for fashionable attire i.e. skirts, dresses, evening
wear, school uniforms, pants etc. Any type of pleat including Crystal,
Sunburst, Mushroom, Accordion, Hard Crush, Box pleat, and Knife pleat can be

Stitching, smocking, bias, and elastic
shirring is also available. You are most welcome to provide the pleating as
an option for your customers, utilizing your knowledge as the ground
